Sometimes our ideas about where we want to go with our lives are just too far out or too frightening (in a good way:-) to share with friends and loved ones who may think we are nuts or whose own lives may be challenged by our new directions. Sometimes we feel the need for change but don't have any clear vision of the change we WANT. Sometimes there are just some issues we get stuck on and we need help to see outside that box. Sometimes health issues stop us in our tracks. Maybe you are just feeling a bit lost in mid-stream and want to bounce some thoughts around to gain or re-gain clarity. Whatever it is that has you feeling less than your best -- less than joyful -- less than free -- we can work together to change. Now! Not after years of therapy -- NOW!

My Approach to Life Coaching

When I talk to someone, anyone, I am picking up what is under the talk. We all do but most aren't conscious of that communication and when they are conscious of it have discounted it to the extent that they have tuned it out altogether. I have always trusted this "under talk". I have mostly acted on what I hear under the talk, under the apparent situation. When I have ignored it, or as it is commonly said, faced reality, I have become very unhappy and confused. In my estimation most people do. That is why there are so many unhappy and confused people! Once we learn to listen to, then ACT ON the information under the surface, the information given through our hearts, our lives change dramatically for the better.

So, I listen to what you say and who you are under the talk and help you to do the same. Then I encourage and support you in ACTING on the information you are receiving from your own true heart to lead you to your own true life. That is not so simple at first -- acting from your heart. In fact it can be terrifying! The culture, society, family and friends are generally very quick to admonish you to face reality every time there is even a gleam in your eye! But if you are ready to give yourself a break, I am here to support you in doing that. Once you have gained your freedom you will create your own environment that is supportive to your life. Your life will bring you the warmth and joy and ease that IS reality. Believe me, nose to the grindstone, shoulder to the wheel, both feet on the ground is NOT the reality you need to be living -- and that posture just makes it so very hard to dance!

Energy Balancing

I use energy balancing in all of my work when it is indicated and requested. Balancing and aligning subtle energys facilitates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing for the recipient. While it is not a substitute for medical attention, energy balancing often brings comfort to the recipients and the situations surrounding them. A Bit About Me

My name is Trish Scott and I am not trained in any tradition whatsoever. Nor have I earned any degrees in anything at all. Whatever I have to offer comes to me by way of grace. I have had a lot of metaphysical experiences all my life, the first major life enhancing one, that I can recall, at age 4. I didn't study to get that experience nor any since then. They were given.

I have explored a lot of interesting information, about the way things are through books, and I have studied various disciplines, from the violin to Buddhism with some amazing teachers. I have paid little to no attention to most of what any had to say. I have only ever listened to heart speak. Some things I have stumbled across in my journey have resonated in that chamber. Most not.

I have no preconceptions about the way things are. What seems to me to be truth one day may pass like the wind through the trees and disappear the next. I have nothing at all to recommend me but the energy which creates worlds flowing through me. Without clients and friends and students for that energy to flow to, I haven't even that. Fortunately there are those who find they are able to use me to help nudge them to their own hearts desire. It is a nice arrangement and I am thankful. All I ask is -- more.
